He is accountable to executive sponsors for schedule, budget, and quality of all program elements. He leads high-level sessions for program plan and schedule development. He reviews/approves project plans for conformance to program strategy and program plan and schedule. He acts as the communications conduit to executive sponsors and program steering committee and conducts periodic briefings/status updates. He escalates decisions to executive sponsors as necessary.

BPR Architect

The BPR Architect plays a key role in structuring the enterprise in terms of its governance structure, business processes, and business information. The Business Architect works to develop an integrated view of the enterprise using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques. He defines the set of strategic, core and support processes that transcend functional and organizational boundaries; identify and describe external entities such as customers, suppliers, and external systems that interact with the business; and describe which people, resources and controls are involved in the processes. He defines the data shared across the enterprise and the relationships between those data.

He will be responsible for delivering data analysis, reporting, and predictive solutions using different technologies. The architect may design and generate one-time, ad hoc reports by crafting a custom query against a data repository. He serves as expert on ETL design, Data Warehousing Principles and Methodologies, Performance Tuning, and Optimization. He gathers and analyzes ETL utilization / performance statistics periodically to validate strategy deployed. He ensures quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of all operational processes. He works with project delivery teams to understand performance bottlenecks and analyze it from an ETL architecture perspective to provide solutions at the integration layer.
